Cancellation policy

A deposit of £50 will be requested to secure your booking. You may cancel up to 28 days prior to the tour and receive a full refund less any third party payment charges. *

Balance of payment is due on the day of the tour by cash or card.

Cruise ship policy

Where a deposit of £50 is taken at the time of booking, the balance of payment will be due on the day of the tour, either in cash or by card.  Where the cruise ship is unable to dock due to weather conditions, full refunds will be provided less any third party payment charges*.  I will monitor the ship’s status, if the ship docks late, I will do my utmost to deliver the agreed tour in full, however this may not be possible due to the departing schedule.

If you are able to do so, please book your departing tender the previous day, for at least 30 minutes prior to the agreed start of the tour.  Tenders take approx. 15-25 minutes to get to the Albert Pier in St Peter Port.  I will have notified you of my mobile number prior to your departure from the ship, kindly message me when you are boarding the tender ship.

Photographs/film

During your tour, photographs and film may be taken of you and your group, which may be used for advertising/social media purposes etc, without obtaining any further consent, or payment in respect of such photographs and/or films. Unless consent has been provided, no photographs/film will be taken of any children under the age of 16.

Medical/mobility

If you have any medical or mobility issues, please advise me at the time of booking. 

*As at 2024 I will invoice from Paypal and I have seen charges ranging from £0.90 to £1.75
